Most immediately will be the ethics complaint in the Jeanne Ingress case followed by some crazy out of state work for a bloke who got foreclosed on.... even though he never missed a payment. He can prove the life of the loan and that the loan that was allegedly outstanding never was? in the underlying trust.... he has filed suit for unjust enrichment time for a video deposition email me anytime kingjurisdoctor g mail

Also was she behind already in her Mortgage? Past 3? months late? If she filed for a Loan Mod or Short Sale before she was "technically" in foreclosure "3 months behind" its all null and void. No matter how much time you spend on the phone with client services it doesnt pan out until you are in foreclosure. Not behind struggling to pay your mortgage / lights / water / life.. And then thats not even a gurantee that you will be approved!
